My I-140 approved august 2022, AOS I-485 under processing since may 30, 2022, with USICS under EB-3 other workers category, my I-765 approved in June 2023, social security No received, in august 2023 I left usa with out AP due to some domestic emergency , got out of status , No tax paid , Any chance for approval of my green card or any remedy for me please.

Is it must to have same name mentioned in beneficiary as to that of his birth certificate or marriage certificate? I have filed I 130 for my husband but after filing petition I realized that his birth certificate, travel document and our marriage certificate has his family name also mentioned in them. will this show as a discrepancy from the filed name and cause a delay? Appreciate your view! Thanks

I submitted my I-485 application when my PD is already beyond the Dates for Filling (but not beyond Final Action Date yet). My understanding based on what you explained I can do that right? But I actually got my application rejected telling that my PD is not current and they sent back my application. I'm so confused...

Hello, I live with my wife and 2 kids in the same house. I am a US citizen and I am applying for both mom and dad's Green Card. I have already paid for Affidavit of support fee and currently filling out I-864 ( affidavit of support documents and financial evidence). I primarily take care of my 2 kids, hence I only make around 3k per year. However my wife makes enough to sponsor both my parents. So, my questions are: I am the main sponsor/petitioner so I have to file I-864 FORM for both mom and dad even though I don't make enough money right ? I have to add my wife as Household Member and fill out I-864A form for both my mom and dad right ? Do I need to fill out any other forms or provide other documents? PLEASE LMK If someone else have gone through similar situation in the past or present, I currently am, please provide some info. Thanks a bunch.

This is a complicated question. My daughter filed for adjustment of status using date of filing using FI category. She used the ead to secure employment as a research scientist. We filed her i130 when we were permanent residence. In the July 2024 visa bulletin the F2B category final action date looks like it would be current before the F1 category. My question can we file for adjustment again using the F2b category? We used a lawyer to file adjustment of status with FI category?
